After feeling very guilty that we haven't posted many photos of camping, visiting MI, family outings, etc. We've decided to leave that all behind and just start where we are now. So, that brings us to today where we headed out of Boulder for a day of hiking to 3 lakes, eating lots of snacks and stopping in Estes Park for some time at a playground. It pretty much summed up what we love best about summer and fall...playing outside and being together.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary...without kids

...in a tropical paradise!

Memorial Day...here's a little about our day...

It started at 6:30 a.m. with guests arriving with and without kids. We left the kids with 2 awesome babysitters and headed out to run the Bolder Boulder 10k race with 45,000+ other people.

Craziness but so much fun.

Following the race, we hosted a BBQ including showers for all who needed and 10 energetic kids running around. From the pics you'll see it wasn't all sunny and dry but we had so much fun and the big guys got some use out of the Little Tike b-ball hoop and all. Good times!

Maybe an annual thing????
